The newest version of macOS will accelerate the phasing-out of 32-bit apps, Apple confirmed at WWDC on Monday, with Xcode 10 dropping support for the apps entirely. Even if it does run in Mojave, the next version of macOS will not run 32-bit apps at all, so it's soon going to be time to upgrade to a newer version of your old app, or find an alternative.
